Ăn tục nói phét

Chỉ lối cư xử thiếu văn hóa, thể hiện ở cách ăn uống thô tục và nói năng bốc phét, ba hoa. Thường dùng để chê trách người có hành vi, lời nói kém lịch sự và không đứng đắn.

Refers to uncultured behavior, especially crude eating habits and blatantly exaggerated, empty talk. It is used to criticize someone whose manners and speech are rude and lacking in refinement.
